Thank you for supporting our small business. If you aren't happy with an item, please email us at hello@theidahoshop.com within 30 days of your order and we will assist you with a return. Items must be new, unwashed and unworn to qualify for a return. If your product is eligible, a refund to your original payment, will be made within 3-5 days of us receiving your item. Customers will be responsible for paying for return shipping, unless the item delivered was wrong or arrived damaged.

 

Exchanges

Thank you for supporting our small business. Our products are unique and produced only once you place your order, so we encourage you to look at our sizing chart to make sure you're making the best size choice. If you need to exchange for a different size, please email us at hello@theidahoshop.com within 30 days of your order to start an exchange. Items must be new, unwashed and unworn to qualify for a return. Customers will be responsible for paying for return shipping, unless the item delivered was wrong or arrived damaged. Once we receive your item for exchange, we will refund your original payment and you can place another order for the correct size. Refunds will be made within 3-5 days of us receiving your item.
